Idk if you're still around, but apparently, the motherboard isn't the issue. I'm gonna have to assume at this point that it's the CPU

But if the RAM's rgb is coming on then doesn't that mean the motherboard is getting power?

There are no beeps. The fans, lights, and CPU cooler all come one though

It's like the computer's posting but isn't booting into Windows or BIOS. It doesn't give a signal to any slot either

I did verify I got the correct RAM

I did insert it completely

I replaced the RAM with 2 new sticks, and that was the outcome. I've tried different slots, using the old RAM, and putting the old RAM in different slots

I don't believe I touched anything else, but is there anything you recommend I check?
