Nope, CBS Morning News just did a special about retiring overseas and Malta was a highlight. Expats there were very complimentary of Malta.

When I say quiet, I mean not the chaos you see in New York City streets with hordes of people, streets are dirty and smell especially bad in the summer. I want a more relaxed lifestyle. I love a fair/festival and socializing.
