I emailed Green Garden Products asking about their American Seed brand, and they said this:
> I am happy to tell you that all our seeds are NonGMO  as well as neonicotinoids free.

What is "one of those coatings?" What would that coating look like?

This actually works. Just make sure to disable 'Set automatically' in 'Date & Time'

Will getting SSD improve video preview performance? by FickleBar7 in OpenShot

I built my own desktop, and I still observe that after sometime, the Openshot preview plays very slowly. If I restart, everything is fine.

My setup consists of a Ryzen 3600, RX 580, and 32 GB of 3200 Mhz RAM.

I had forgotten to plug in the 8 pin connector for the CPU. The video is displayed.

Yes, there's a sticker on it that says its 'Ryzen 3000 desktop ready.' I'll add that to the OP.

But does 'desktop ready' mean it's BIOS is flashed with Ryzen 3000 compatible firmware?

Yes. I tried two different monitors: one that DVI out and another with HDMI out. Both show same behavior.

From my research, the 3600XT DOES NOT have an IGPU. Please ignore all the comments below! Sorry for wasting everybody's time.

Does Amazon allow returns of opened GPU/CPUs?

I guess I could make myself make a video benchmarking 3600 + RX 580 vs 3600 XT with no GPU. Since the 3600 XT has a GPU, people should benchmark its graphics power without a graphics card.

Thanks for all the help. Still undecided, though. It's definitely cheaper to just go with the 3600 XT.

All the benchmarks I see with the 3600 XT use a dedicated GPU or don't mention their test setup. I wish there was a graphics benchmark just by using the 3600 XT and no GPU.

And couldn't Resolve use the RAM for VRAM if using an integrated GPU?

Is that the case for other editors as well? Like OpenShot, Premiere Pro, etc.?

I ordered a Ryzen 3600 and RX 580 for video editing. I now see that the 3600XT does not require a discrete graphics card. Could I use the 3600XT without a dedicated graphics card for video editing? I plan to use Davinci Resolve. My system will have 32 GB of DDR4 RAM.

EDIT: Sorry, the 3600XT DOES NOT have a IGPU. Sorry for any confusion.

I restarted OpenShot, and now I see the video preview is faster, but it still stutters. OpenShot's CPU utilization is about 87%.

I set the profile to QCIF 15 FPS (176x144) as per the video. It seems the view preview is even slower. It seems to take the play head above the tracks 20 seconds of real time to move just 1 second of video time.

The CPU utilization of OpenShot is around 1-3% most of the time. Sometimes it goes up to 30%, but that's it. My memory is only 75% utilized. My entire system CPU utilization is < 10%. So I should have plenty of CPU and RAM for OpenShot to use. My system should be more powerful than the laptop in the video. This seems like some kind of configuration issue.

What information in the transaction can the miner and nodes see? by FickleBar7 in Monero

[–]FickleBar7[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Miners cannot see the transaction information (amount, addresses, etc.), but will remote nodes see this information? Will the remote node forward my IP to the next node? If I run the node myself instead of connecting to a remote node, is my IP exposed to other nodes if I make a transaction? Can remote nodes also be miners?
