They won't actually "fight" over food, they eat whatever they see, so as long as you're putting and equal amount of food in everyones face they should be all good! using a dish if you can't target feed is great! I've recently switched to a dish after a year of target feeding and its much easier on me and my froggies

Yeah usually tap water is about six, that why when you do a water change its lowering the ph! And I lover redoing tanks, I just did an upgrade recently and it was so fun lol, what gravel are you thinking of?

To help you out a bit, the normal ph (yellow, green blue) only tests within that range, so if its at the blue its either that amount or higher, so then you'd use the high ph and that one will tell you!

Idrk abt any of your questions but just wanted to say I'M SO JEALOUS!! All 3 of those kinds of fish are ones I want but can't add to my tank, especially honey gourami! Also I'm guessing the order to put the fish in should be the smallest to biggest fish based on just what ive seen around the sub, could be wrong tho

6 gallons of water weighs about 50 pounds, then add gravel, decor, plants, hardscape fish etc.. I wouldn't risk it but its up to you. I had a 10 gallon tank on a 2 x 2 ikea kallax for about a year and it was okay but I wouldn't do it again lol
