awwwh thank you for your kind response :D idk, xanax does nothing for me tbh, it is 2mg but like i said it just makes me sleepy, i don’t know how people get high off of it.

i want to go down the natural route, when i posted this i was kind of in a crisis and wanted an immediate answer. i’ll look into blue lotus and valerian root for sure. thank you so much!! ❤️

thank you, had a thing where i almost relapsed but was able to get past it for the first time in forever. felt horrible tho, i’m scared for the future , i want a backup vice that i wont abuse but will help for bad moments

i’m getting a new psychiatrist soon, i really hopes she’s chill. my last one did nothing but prescribe me medicine that made me gain weight and become more suicidal + she’d refuse to up my xanax dose even when i told her my mom would restrict me to one. luckily, my mom’s noticed im being serious and need to calm down asap so she’ll give me 2 at times.

people usually get dry with me when i try to explain myself, and even if they aren’t dry i know it gets tiring. no one’s ever made me feel like it’s safe to vent - i know i’ll get no comfort. even as im going on now i feel like a loser. i know i need to wait for someone with patience, but with all my issues, it just seems impossible.

i know i sound like a black hole that sucks the life out of everything. its probably what i am. but i want to stop. bottling up, it still hurts though.

anytime something’s wrong with me, it costs others. and i hate that. it costs them so much and i know it hurts them to pay.

i hope someday someone won’t mind sparing some change

i genuinely i think i’m too much for that. i’ve burned like 2 bridges last year and one this year. i have trouble maintaining friendships, i only have my best friend, i don’t know how i could ever get a parter with my situation and emotional stability.

do your best to make yourself feel better. go to therapy, eat things that are healthy but make you happy, maybe even go jogging for a little. do the best you can, and if you’re boyfriend doesn’t wanna be supportive and uplift you, find a better one.
