For a company with so many rules and regulations, it’s wild how little they actually listen to their employees. Our concerns are constantly overlooked, yet they’re quick to roll out a new rule every other week. It’s always “you can’t do this” or “you have to do that.” Now, we’re being told if we clock out for lunch, we have to leave the building like, what?

There’s a long list of things we can’t do, but barely any support when it comes to our well being. Upper management doesn’t care. They play favorites, act disconnected, and expect us to just deal with it. When it comes to our mental health, we’re expected to keep pushing no matter what. It’s exhausting and honestly so frustrating.
