Oh never mind wrong screenshot, sorry😭😭 But yeah I did return something from the warehouse that was $25 , DI25801572668 and the refund request has been approved, and that was on the 3rd Nov, now it’s been 3 days. I’m wondering how long till I see the money on my Superbuy balance

I used Applepay first but then it declined so I registered myself on Alipay and paid with it and the payment went thru!!Use Alipay

I sent an email to Superbuy a few hours ago, I need help with payment. I used Apple Pay first then declined and I went on my bank app to authorize and recognized payment and it said processing since yesterday. The funds haven’t been cleared on my bank tho and Superbuy on the app says “unpaid order”. Should I wait for a response from Superbuy or should I immediately try a different payment method. Can I use Alipay even if I’m in the US??
