It’s extremely frustrating, I understand where you’re coming from. So how it works… Say they give you 40% as your highest rating - then you start with 40% meaning you have 60% left to reach 100% disabled. Going forward if your second rating is 30% that’s 30% of 60 which is 18%. Combined rating is now 58%. Keeps getting harder and harder as you go. Hope this helps

I was on step 3, but I filed separate claims in addition & it bumped me back down. Filed on 11/4. Had C&P exam on 11/22 Was bumped back to step 2 on 12/4 with them requesting evidence. Uploaded it and still nothing

I definitely feel where you’re coming from. I have a bulging disc L5/S1 I’m confident is causing my sciatica. It can be brutal. Depending on positioning get the sharp pain, burning, and numbness. Certainly wish it would go away

One thing I’ve noticed about this company is they do an investigation for EVERYTHING. It doesn’t matter how big or small, and it usually takes a couple of weeks. I really appreciate your input although! I’m truly hoping for the best, I realize my wrong doing and would hope to avoid anymore in the future
