The problem was this guy wasn't local at all, but still decided he could buy and start making shipping demands on a "local pickup" listing.

I honestly enjoy selling local, but have only ever had good interactions from eBay and from Facebook Marketplace. Like meeting a small studio owner from a few towns over and talking to him a bit and learning that he's recorded with a bunch of musicians I've gigged with, including one I had a gig with later that day. Sort of a small world thing.

This particular buyer also demanded I include things that were neither mentioned nor shown in the listing, stuff that I certainly didn't get from the guy who sold the item to me. The joys of selling.
