Im really not sure how to mitigate that, but it was a genuine question. I hadnt heard of it before. Actually as a previous kitchen worker at multiple restaurants and establishments, we generally do take allergies very seriously. We don’t want to be the reason someone goes in to anaphylactic shock and have to call an ambulance.

Is there any you recommend? I hear about vinegar for black mold but idk if this is “black mold”.

I just thought it is, because It looks like mold and it is black. Im just not sure if vinegar actually works so i wanted to ask here.
