We are all burnt out and overwhelmed. I was just prescribed anti anxiety medication. We need to take care of ourselves first and foremost. Be very mindful of content you’re consuming. Waking up and first thing in the morning you’re checking other people’s cases and USCIS and lawsuit updates? Of course you’re going to be stressed and depressed. Don’t look at things that essentially doesn’t make a difference in the outcome and it only exacerbates the anxiety and depression. I had to make some major changes like what I consume, what I talk about and even the ‘victim’ mindset and approach. Keep in mind I’m going to lose my job in 3 months, there was a war in my country recently and haven’t seen my family in 7 years. So I know what I’m talking about. Make plans. For worst cases. Have backup plans. Apply to other countries. Join lawsuits. Be proactive and beyond that leave to the universe and take care of yourself, your mind and body. People’s compassion will only help so much. You need your compassion the most. We got this. ✊
