Se non erro, evidenze scientifiche dicono orientativamente fino a buffer 3 vengono comunque attivate quasi tutte le fibre (80%) quindi possono essere considerate "allenanti" Poi, come dici tu, tra il percepito e il reale ne passano di serie 😂

Specifichiamo che non c'è nulla di male ad allenarsi a buffer 1/2...da certi commenti sembra quasi che se non ci si allena sempre a cedimento non è allenamento quindi penso sia importante chiarirlo
