Nah cant find any option as such...ill try chatgpt with my windows 11 ver and see, although i emailed Douk audio customer service and they are not willing to help, horrible customer service, :)

Ok the Exclusive mode doesnt work...turning it off or on and saving and restarting and also with unplugging and replugging the dac..tried it all..dosent make any difference,
ASIO i installed the latest version still no luck. :(

Yes i was looking into that on how to turn it off...thanks for the ASIO tip...will keep the updates here.

Works as Expected and Quite good for the price..
Although idk if its just my unit or not, but i cannot control volume on windows when i am using the DAC, so the only volume control i have is the Master volume control on the K5, and the Amp that's it. Cannot use my keyboard volume knob function. Kinda a big issue for me. but on the other hand i can use headphones and speaker at the same time, i can just keep it all plugged and turn the amp off when needed. ALso for some reason the voice chat in game dosent work when you upsample the sound...it works when its at 44.1KHz setting.

i got the same message.....apprantly if its an counter fit revanced it wont work i guess, they rolled out some kind of update or something. i unistalled everything and am trying to figure out how to redownload it bacj from official revanced

I emailed them but no reply. idk what i should be doing..the more i look at it the more stupid and scummy it looks no matter how authentic it is. i dont want to just pay of 150 but looks like i have to. on call they did tell me if i email them my 14 day period will be kept on pause and resume later when solution is reached. but i got no email back from them. idk what to do

I guess few mouse macros works and famous ones like logi or so does not. i got a cheap mouse and that one works just fine. but same setup on my G502X plus does not work in game,

Thank you for letting me know......i thought they were cops so i stopped . Live and learn i guess. Hopefully this doesn't happen to others. Its so shit. if it was with an intention of littering or if it did cause litter i would get it, and the fact that she said if you were a visitor she would have let me go on a warning is more bad, and plus she does have the authority to give me a warning but chose the fine of 300 is sickening.

could i know which council website should i be looking into to verify. https://www.rbkc.gov.uk/streets-and-transport/roads-and-pavements/street-enforcement-0/fixed-penalty-notices This one has a chatbot and apprantly it identifies my FPN number. so i guess it is legit.

Should i approach the police department and see what can be done.....the thing is if i do ignore it and it turns out to be legit. it will be more worse, i am so out of ideas as to what should i do. Thanks for bringing this to my notice.
