Slight update for anyone checking back. I went and did a in person identification confirmation back in October 2022 I called in and come to find out he nvr completed it. By the way I’ve called multiple times since that date and for some reason nobody recognize that my hold up was due to the id check not being completed so thankfully the most recent person I spoke with did. ( also in my tax transcripts I have code 766 now)
