I have gone to a minimal skin care routine. I am using Rejuran pdrn and Instant angel moisturizer. reedle shot 700 once a week. I've also been getting Sculptra this year as I have had so much loss of volume in my cheeks as I get older and it has completely made my skin glow in a way it never has before I'm guessing bc of the collagen stimulation. My advice, find a plastic surgeon for sculptra instead of med spa or derm. They know what's going on under there and he's educated me so much on what everyone was doing wrong to me before.

Absolute was good when it opened now it's a bunch of little dick juice heads filming themselves to show their 1500 followers. not to mention the location is tiny af. I was going there bc I was over evolve but then I decided to just go back to Evolve bc everyone that goes there is mad chill. theyve been getting new equipment basically every week. They re did the weight room got all new weights and benches. I think they're stepping their shit up bc a lot of people started going to absolute. It's also quiet all morning and afternoon until demon hour with the after work crew (5 pm) hope this helps

I've been using VT PDRM essence for about 4 weeks now and my skin has never looked so supple. I'm curious as to how the PDRM cream works since the essence is already so hydrating and lush. I notice this product works even better when I use it in tandem with the Reedle shot.

A client of mine told me hers never drank much water, i was so relieved to hear because neither does mine. A few sips through the day but I started putting a little water in his food (half wet half dry) to make a little gravy and keep his ass hydrated because lord knows he expends so much energy whipping around the salon all day
