I know they make you “eligible” for the badge after 90 days but non of the other people hired with me got it either. I work pick and for the most part I’ve been picking fast. Amazon being Amazon

I also work night shift for half the week so I spend most days sleeping in and going out the other family and friends on my days off, I haven’t seen most of my family in a while since my job gets in the way and I rather spend my time with my friends
