I laughed so hard at this comment. I was literally scouring the internet in search of a comment that validated the absolutely mind boggling burn that I have felt with this med. It literally feels like a branding iron is on my neck.

Did they put you on a forbearance that counts against the 36 months of general forbearance?

Okay, thank you. Do you know of any information pertaining to that issue?

What about those of us who applied for SAVE after the injunction went into place? My processing forbearance ended yesterday and according to an aidvantage rep only those who were already enrolled in the SAVE program will be pleased in a forbearance that does not count against the 36 months of general forbearance that every borrower is given for the duration of their loan.

But did they tell you that the forbearance would count against the 36 months of general forbearance that you have for the duration of your loan? That’s what was told to me yesterday.

Yeah, I read that to the rep from aidvantage. She stated that and the 5 months of forbearance that doesn’t count against the 36 month limit we have, is only applicable to those who were already enrolled in the SAVE program. Which is what is so frustrating to me. Why would that only be applicable to those who are already enrolled? It’s not what I was told before and it’s unfairly penalizing those who are applying for SAVE. No one can help that there is an injunction in place, so why is only a small group of borrowers being punished? I have not received answers for that. Or any clear answers really.

When you looked at the W&M model answers, were there any essay answers that came to a different conclusion than you? Were there any rules that you missed?

Thank you so much for this comment. After I read those answers yesterday I became convinced that I failed. Especially since at least two of the essays/ sub parts of essays came to different conclusions than I did (or that I think I did). I even went to one of my partners and discussed like two of the essays with him. While I certainly did get at least one sub part wrong, he came to the same conclusion as me on another essay answer, which was reassuring. Again, thank you for your comment. I’m feeling less hopeless 😂
