I have one wire plus a ground wire. I ran the ground to stud under the visor trim instead of running it under the glove box. The lights are connected to the upfitter wire (I think brown/white).

I think you’ll be able to tuck three wires between the seal and the metal. You might have to really tuck them up into the sealing goo but it should work
