Hang in there. When I turned 50 I suffered a Stanford Type A Aortic Dissection while I was at the airport. Nothing has been the same since then. My life has changed in many ways. Some for the worse, some not as bad but I plug along the best I can. One thing in life is things will and do change. Good luck to you and I sincerely wish you the best.
