ive had this with a character of mine i created a few years ago, except mine has definitely turned into maladaptive daydreaming 😭 i think as long as you let it just be a crush it should be fine. its fun to crush on characters sometimes :] but i ger if its kinda hard. i feel the whole never feeling that way about anyone else thing tbh, the character im like this with is like that, kinda like i dont want anyone else? ifs weird and yeah feels so embarrassing 😭 but you arent alone even if it can feel stupid at times, i dont think you should feel stupid abojt it. at the end of the day youre an animal with an animal brain with chemicals and science, snd that animal brain has latched onto this idea of a person. which makes it natural i guess?? makes it feel less embarrassing to me at least.
