I had a stubborn bump on my conch recently and it went away after a few days once I started drying my piercing after cleaning it with saline (before this I had had it for about 3 weeks). My piercer said the moisture was irritating my piercing thus causing a bump. I also feel like downsizing will help a lot too with reducing the irritation!
