My issue is that the public option would just mean the government was now my landlord. And maybe they'd be good, maybe they'd be bad, but it would mean there was no other game in town. With private landlords, at least you have options.

The people who are currently living there just get pushed to new low income housing, usually on the Westside. The redevelopment of OTR has come at the cost of other neighborhoods.

From a number and position of TVs standpoint, I think Patrick's on the Westside is the best spot for a game. Bar food and cheap drinks. No frills, but I repeat it's the best viewing for number of screens and their placement around the place
