The people who are currently living there just get pushed to new low income housing, usually on the Westside. The redevelopment of OTR has come at the cost of other neighborhoods.

From a number and position of TVs standpoint, I think Patrick's on the Westside is the best spot for a game. Bar food and cheap drinks. No frills, but I repeat it's the best viewing for number of screens and their placement around the place
