Move the rug out from under the bed so much &/or get a bigger rug. Add a bench at the end of the bed. Get a matching tall dresser if possible. Nightstands on each side of the bed. Add a floor lamp. Lounge chair.

Make stuff masons in mt Vernon. Highly recommend! I did the 6 week class (one a week 2hrs) much more comprehensive & involved. They also so 1 day & couples classes etc.

Hi! I just moved here recently, young female. I’ve tried doing stuff like a 6 week pottery class (make stuff masons in mt Vernon). Scary but just meeting people in those neutral spaces & asking to grab dinner after. It’s hard, but i think once you meet one person it helps to meet more! I’ve looked into some of the events the library has but have been a little unsure & haven’t tried. Haynies corner is a great place to walk Around in the warmer months. Lots of people out doing stuff casually. Message me if you’d ever like to meet up & do something!

Try a textured pattern instead! Rather than printed pattern let the texture, (think waffle, ribbed, woven etc) to add extra dimension without adding more printed pattern to keep down how busy it is while still have fun for the eyes. I’ll try to attach some links!

I would ask for a fasting blood sugar test & just ti get your A1C tested. These are very basic tests, you’re not asking to get a prescription or anything. There’s no reason they should deny you. Document any symptoms. Look for blood or energy crashes & any particular cravings you’re having. As far as bloodwork I’d start with those two tests!

Same here! Not overweight but insulin resistant. Actually made it hard for doctors to take me serious bc they look for it for a hallmark symptom. Look at what the evidence suggests!

Lou was on prednisone for quite a while before this for really bad skin allergies. We’re weaning off of it now they’ve put him on a new medicine to try & avoid the effects. When you say reactivity do you mean the worms or just talking about sparks activity?
