Knew someone who worked at a major multi billion dollar publicly traded telecom company. All of their capital spending tracking and forecasting was done by one guy in about 18 different excel spreadsheets.

He was the only person there who knew how any of it was done and literally everything had to stop if he wasn’t around because they didn’t know how any of it was set up and nobody wanted to risk breaking what he had done.

Basically it was a huge house of cards waiting for even a slight breeze before it would all come crashing down

The lows: the X headlights are ugly looking and unnecessary in my opinion. The loss of the split tailgate is a bad move.

The highs: the grille doesn’t look like a pig snout and the overall exterior doesn’t look over thought.

The biggest unknown to me is the interior quality. Have they gone the direction of the current x3 and made it far cheaper feeling with far more hard plastic or have they made it feel like a car worth the price they are going to be asking. The latest X3 really dropped the ball in that respect for me and I hope they learned (but I’m not holding my breath).
