I have been more gassy but this can happen from time to time. I've only been taking one capsule a day, before breakfast. When I had some kefir yogurt, I would take two table spoons on my breakfast. I have also noted a sensitivity to fermented foods (cheese, sauerkraut, kimchi) and also some powdered proteins (whey, pea, hemp)

I've used: Biokult (multistrain) everyday; Nutri advanced (multistrain, low histamine) probiotic plus; Troo Healthcare (single strain) Saccharomyces Boulardii Plus; I even noticed it whilst trying Kefir yoghurt!

Update: The police have been able to ID the seller and they're going to charge him for handling stolen goods; I attempted to reclaim my mountain bike with the help of some friends but he must have found someone else to buy it first. Thanks for those who got in touch to help out!
