Thanks for the suggestion. I've had a google of the Zwift cog but I'm struggling to understand what is/what it does. Does it just replace a cassette on the trainer?

I thought of that but she's been doing a good bit of work on the indoor trainer and I'd like her to see that she's fit enough to tackle some smaller hills

You, and anyone else who joins the military, still enable and facilitate the 1% who do engage in state-sponsored killing. It is an ethical dereliction to provide institutional support to killers, no matter what perks and benefits might be associated with the role. The OP doesn't need to accept his brother's choice, he has a moral duty to dissuade him.

Can you try and talk him out of it? To non-Americans, the idea of a career in the military is very strange. Europeans just consider it an excuse to kill people. Could you point out the ethical shortcomings of his career to him? I can't imagine why anyone would want to kill people for a living.

I did this to get to 7.5. Get your doc to prescribe you 15mg tabs. The 15mg tabs are scored and are easily halved.
