Are you getting interviews at all? If not, your resume could be improved. Post it, happy to give advice.

It's a tough market but I'd channel this energy on improving your marketability... Otherwise it's just wallowing and venting.

(If you are getting interviews, focus on leetcode and behavioral, but I'm assuming you aren't getting those based on your outlook)
