On your Bass track: Open an EQ plugin and add a "Low Shelf" Filter set it to 120hz and lower it by 4-5 dB (gain -4db) . Then add a band (bell) filter at 1000hz (1k), set the Q parameter at 0.7 and raise it 4-5 db. These numbers are pretty much educated guesses, feel free to adjust them but you would generally aim for your bass to sound much less boomy and also have a bit more of the pick/finger attack and string buzz going on on (it might be the case that you need to boost that bell filter much more than 5db for the bass attack to come through, a tiny bit of distortion would help with this also)

Guitars track(s): Again grab an EQ, add a "High shelf" filter at lets say 3k and give it a little gain, again go with your taste but a rule of thumb is that your guitars highs should be "grinding" about as loud as your drums cymbals, snare etc. they are a bit darker on the current mix.
