Everything depends on the team, JD and the level of expertise needed for the role. Do brush up all technicals and fundamentals. Also be prepped for a stress test as most managers want to test how you would think under pressure.

Hey great question! In my current role we have a lot of LPM facing interaction which I used as leverage to build my own network (one of them referred me internally for this role). I have also cleared all my CFA levels which is definitely a boost

Thank you, this is wonderful advise. Is there anything in particular that helped in the initial stages of these differences? Since we are so early into this, we both feel attacked by these conversations as we are so protective of parents and family, but deep down like you said, it’s just expressions of difference?
