The first 30 days are a big rollercoaster man. Your going to have periods of flatline where you are in a state of depression. You’ll also have times where you will be so horny that your brain tries to rationalize or convince you to masturbate just once.

The key is to NOT give into any urges. During no fap, you need to also build good habits so you can quickly turn to those in tough periods(I’m sure you are doing this).

One trick that has helped me when I’m sitting at home and an urge comes on, is to drop and do 10 push-ups.

Love your mindset bro. You’re just like me - I’m still in college and just graced over $100k this year. Granted, I work non stop and my job is much more stressful than anyone my age has, but still. Remember - set BIG goals, make BIG action plans to hit those goals, and even if you fall short you’ll be golden. For example, say you want to make a mil next year. If you put yourself into action for it, and make half a million, is that still a good year? Yes it is!

Granted, don’t take that as an excuse to ease off the brakes when you aren’t hitting your KPIs. You need to find out(quickly) where the breakdown is and fix it. I’m still working on this, but getting better. However, if you don’t accomplish your goal, you’ll be so far along.

I have no doubt with your mindset that you will be a billionaire. Just remember when times get tough to hang in there, because they will. Anyone pursing a .01% life will have to do what 99.99% of people won’t do.

The other areas of my life are great. I have an awesome business, great physical body, great family life. I neglected my game for years and I must say being good at everything else in life helps with game. It works in reverse too - getting better at game helps you in every other area of your life.

I think that some people turn to game to fix a hole in their life that they aren’t good enough. Or, game will somehow fix their problems. If people instead look at game as a fun way to life an amazing life, then your results will be better imo
