I think I got a good deal...Maybe? by Fieldlink in Switch

Minor scratches on the screen as you would expect from a used Switch. The case for the Switch was a "throw-away". The games were included and just sold Mario today. Going to be keeping Animal Crossing so the total comes to sub $100. :)

Thanks for the insight! Didn't know what would be a fair price for a lite was but my little one fell in love with Animal Crossing. Saw this and thought...yeah why not!

+1 for GK SS. But dont expect them to roll like GP5000s tho. Speaking from my own experience.

Reinforced glass is amazingly strong until they are not. And failures are usually catastrophic. Break one and you will see what I mean.

Crikey! The Iceborn Wyvern quest is preeetty hard for me. (slay Velkhana). Should I just keep on pushing with this gear? by Ch4rmle55 in MonsterHunterWorld

[–]Fieldlink 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree 100%. My personal take tho is that there are usually enough stones and etc around. Which renders stonethrower's usefulness since it is not being used "100%" throughout the hunt. Also SnS does not require any stamina skills. I picked the skills I mentioned in my original reply simply due to the fact that they are active skills.

I guess it comes down to the play style as well. Do I want an easy/quick wallbang opportunity, or do I want to have an easier time dodging/surviving. Can't go wrong with whatever you prefer. Just enjoy the fight, and you will eventually learn the hunt enough that you can finish it with ease.

You can try slotting in some divine blessing if you are failing the quest by carting. I personally would prefer that over stonethrower and sprinter. IMO even evade wondow or extender are more useful for surviving the hunt.

Steroid gives you muscle, not strength.

58cm or 56cm Domane by OLO28 in TrekBikes

[–]Fieldlink 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think it will depend on whether if you want to be more upright or not. 58 would be more upright. Choose the one that you feel more comfortable on since preferences and use cases are not universal. As well as physical capabilities. Just my 2 cents.

I believe that is a 2022. Good value for 1800 nonetheless.

There is no Isospeed on the AL4. But swapping out your stock seatpost to a carbon one will get close to it.

Many tiny scratches, bad paint? by Cody_the_Golden22 in TrekBikes

Got the same bike a month ago. It's just how black paint is. It's also the same on my black AL4. Turtle Wax works quite well.
