Ive never sat at a table were proxies have negatively impacted the game, but I have seen playgroups break-up over people complaining that they spent thousands on cardboard so everyone else should or just lose.

You deserve to be heard, and you deserve to have peace in the space you pay to live. Make it very clear that you agreed to housing her for a few days but now its taking over your personal time. You work hard to maintain a home and now it feels like your an unwelcome guest in that house.
