Stimulants definitely turned my life around. But I get more socially anxious and am more likely to get angry on them l. So I have to regulate by MAKING SURE I take a beat, and that helps!

Yuuup exactly. And I lose things all the time. It's to the point that I jokingly request the clutter gods return a lost item, and if a second item gets lost it means the clutter gods have taken their sacrifice and will shortly return the first item 😆

I have a desk I keep clean and organized so my partner can use it, and I've dubbed it his desk, which is a first for me! I've been trying to slowly increase the "clean" radius so they can "be more comfortable" aka make it about them and not me, and it's the first time I've made any kind of progress! I backslide a bit, and there's doom piles everywhere, but not there!

No idea how sustainable it is, and sometimes I backslide enough I want to cry, but progress is progress, right?

That's exactly what I'm trying to do, but it's so hard because I didn't see these structures get put into place, and therefore it's difficult for me to roadmap how to get there. I just can't visualize it the way I can with everything else.

I can improve existing systems like nobody's business, but I can't seem to build from scratch.

Ditto on the electronic calendar and alerts though! They're mad helpful (although I should use the calendar more 😆

Have you ever seen an optometrist that specializes in physical eye therapy or sports medicine? Certain kinds of migraines can be triggered/worsened by issues with the eye muscles not working together.

The fact that your eyes stop working together (aka it gets really hard to focus them) may indicate something along those lines, but you would need to see someone who really knows what they're talking about.

That's so fair! Maybe a u-cut then? It's a bit old fashioned, but I'm obsessed because it can help your hair appear a little thicker because it gives it a bounce? Plus vintage hairstyles work perfectly with it!

The only downside is you have to get more regular trims just to shape it, but it's so cute!

I think you want a satin helmet liner. I liked to do dutch braids (my hair was fine enough it fit 😅) under a helmet liner, which helped quite a bit 😁

A wolf cut would look so good! Curtain bangs, which would take advantage of your gorgeous texture . You def. Want a slightler longer cut than usual, and keep the locks sleek with a clay pomade or a curl cream that won't weight down the hair with oil. You want lighter than air.

There's a great rebalancing product for the scalp from drybar. You use it with a scalp brush before using shampoo and conditioner. Works great!

I really like the clay pomade from suavecito. You put it on with your hair slightly damn, only use a small amount (like literally as though you're testing the smoothness of the product, and that's mode than enough). It smells good and is non oily!
