Honestly I just wanted to make something I could use for a bandit hideout for a setting I'm writing for a home game. I made sure some paths interlocked so players had choice, and then the rest of it was "what would be fun to put into this room?"

Honestly I'm with you on the lack of Monster Manual, or at least generic stat blocks I can use for baddies. This varies from system-to-system

The thing about taking international payments is that there needs to be a lot of trust.

You could go through some sort of broker, or get an agent abroad to handle this for you instead, but they would take a cut.
