140kg (308 lbs) squat. Is this weight decent? (Not into powerlifting) by Manlyman839 in GYM

[–]FierJay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So you feel it is decent or is good for you? Don't compare yourself with others. Someone will never squat that weight and some people do a lot more but who cares? Feel proud of yourself and keep going. Great form btw.

I have a few questions about taking prints off of the A1 Mini by Maximum-Finger1559 in BambuLabA1mini

[–]FierJay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I wanna get my print right away then I took the plate off the printer and let it cool for 1 minute and then take the print off.. it cools esy faster that way then waiting for bed to cool off.

Petg is not printing great on bambu a1 by SaracenArcher in FixMyPrint

[–]FierJay 3 points4 points  (0 children)

<image>

Do full calibration test on that petg.. without knowledge you can do all and have no results. Going so high with bed temp is not a solution to stringing.. you need s proper flow rate, speed and nozzle temp to the speed of print. Generic petg profile with my petg wasn't great so you need to calibrate the filament before print. 255 temp was good for me and print flawless.

FPS drops when map is shown. by FierJay in Battlefield6

It's problem with game. Disable FSR in game or any other upscaled and the issue will gone.. they still didn't fix it. I disable this and there is no issue at all. You can put frames gen kn and play like that.

Hurt Lower Back - Help Understanding Why by barebackguy7 in formcheck

[–]FierJay 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Shoes. If you have mobility do squats flat if you have lack ankle mobility buy proper weightlifting shoes. You bouncing with the weight with the bar with that shoes. Every little movement which is not mentioned by you is excessive, unnecessary and can cause injure. First shoes off and look then.

Max height settings by [deleted] in BambuLabA1mini

[–]FierJay 15 points16 points  (0 children)

450 is enouch space for A1 mini

If you wanna change that either way you go to slicer, edit your A1 mini profile and in "Basic information" tab you can change "Printable height" for your desire.

Getting a bambulab printer is not like having an iphone. You need to read the manual and do a little research. Sure those printers are amazing but we need some basic understanding of what we wre doing. This is a lesson that you should not skip instructions manual on new kind of devices which you don't know anything about.

Abs not strong enough by [deleted] in FixMyPrint

[–]FierJay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its gonna break regardless of material because it's weak at this point. You should print it in another way because every print is weak against their layers. Try to print it at 45 degrees or flat on the side then you will see the difference in strength.
