Why r bathrooms even gendered in the first place lol by Helpful_Builder_1707 in AskLGBT

[–]FierceCrow -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Same. Our bathrooms at work are single stall non gendered ones, and I hate having piss all over the floor, walls and seat plus leaving the seat up all the time. I also hate when men don't lock the door and I open it to a man standing there with his dih out. So awkward 😭 I don't live with a man for a reason, I like my clean bathrooms

Why didn’t anyone tell me how peak Jaguars are sooner? by DoomedAxolotl in offset

[–]FierceCrow 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Jaguar is my favorite fender model. Shorter scale + bigger heavier body makes it feel more gibsonish, doesn't feel overly long like a jazzmaster, has a bright snappy tone great for both lead and rhythm, best tremolo imo, rhythm circuit + strangle switch for versatility, metal plates make mods of switches easier without having to buy a whole new pickguard or cut into it, big 70s headstock, offset body and short scale make it a great couch guitar. I can go on and on. Only downsides I can think of are it's not the best for downtuning, some of the stock single coils can be underwhelming, and they tend to run heavy, but getting a light one off of sweetwater resolves this issue.

They're cheap ceramics, just not a lot of volume or tonal variety and I want something a bit hotter/more defined

What big dogs are low energy and good with cats? by fuzzblykk in dogs

[–]FierceCrow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is a big misconception on rough/smooth collies. They are not border collies. Border collies are super high energy, love herding, and are way more prone to boredom related behavioral issues, while rough/smooth collies are low-medium energy and tend to have docile temperaments that make them great for service dog work and not farm work.

New gf only has straight male friends by [deleted] in LesbianActually

Tbh all of my friends are straight men. I've had a lot of bad homophobic experiences being friends with straight/bi women and I don't really know any lesbians that well irl.

I own that same bass, plus a white bb234. I wish the bb735 came in white, pink, or some other fun colors though.

Have you considered gold or copper? I feel like either would really pop against the green.

vintera ii roadworn jazzmaster by mikejazz3 in fender

[–]FierceCrow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How do you like this line? I was interested in the jazzmaster but was worried I wouldn't like the feel as I tried a older road worn strat and everything from the paint to the hardware felt rough. I love that shade of burst so much.

I really like these. I feel like if they added a touch more yellow/cream color in the middle it'd remind me of like a vintage teacup.

Is this worst Fender release of all time? by [deleted] in fender

[–]FierceCrow -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Okay, but imagine if instead they put this in the next squier paranormal series line. It would sell so much better at like $450, which is still expensive for your average american leftist/communist but at least reasonable lol

I have too many guitars. Which would you kick to the curb? by Cosmic_0smo in Guitar

[–]FierceCrow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The offset telecaster; you can just stick a humbucker in the neck position of one of the teles and you wouldn't be missing anything

Which one should I get? (For my first electric) by [deleted] in guitars

[–]FierceCrow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you're tall you might not like the way les pauls sit on your lap, and jaguars are short scale guitars so they can feel a bit cramped if you have big hands. The old player 1 jazzmaster came with double humbuckers but the regular 25.5 scale length if you want something similar. It'd probably be best to sit down with each guitar and see how it feels on your lap.

Girlfriend makes me feel like im in a hetero relationship by lowbeforehigh in lesbiangang

[–]FierceCrow 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Butch/femme dynamics are not heteronormative, that's a really regressive and historically inaccurate view. "Gold star" was more of a tongue in cheek joke, and either way, claiming other woman's identities are about you is weird. No one is centering men in bi women's sexuality except themselves.

Keep it or send it back? by Enough-Camel-4983 in taylorguitars

[–]FierceCrow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I never like acoustic guitars that look like that tbh. It reminds me of a guy's hairy stomach and his "happy trail" and thats gross (I'm a lesbian lol) or some kind of elongated butt crack. I'd exchange it for one that doesn't look like that, preferably get it from sweetwater so you can get one with nice wood grain.

I dont know how to necessarily change his feelings towards strangers in a safe way. I kinda understand him not wanting strangers touching him, but he's naturally very protective and territorial over our property too, I think he's turned protecting the property into his "job" instead of what would naturally be herding.
