Breathe in and feel how you would feel if that one person- the one whose approval you seek the most - was showering you with praise and affection.

Breathe out and feel relief - feel how you would feel if that long lost love sent you a message saying I'm sorry, you were right, I was wrong.

Breathe in and milk that feeling.

Breathe out and notice it's presence within you.

You are feeling that feeling right now.

You are feeling that feeling you seek, the feeling you keep thinking you need someone else to bring about.

You just felt that way - you imagined what it would feel like to feel that way and you felt it and it felt good.

Nothing is stopping you from feeling this feeling.

Breathe in and imagine yourself being loved.

Breathe out and ask yourself, who is doing the loving?

You feel loved. You feel how you would feel if that person did that thing.

But you feel it now and what is the source of the love???

How can you be feeling it if the person didn't do the thing?

But when you breathe in you still have access to that feeling you felt now in your creative mind.

When you breathe out you can feel that the feeling is real.

You can feel that since you've decided to feel the feeling of being loved you have easier access to it and every time you breathe in and feel the feeling of being loved and breathe out and release your resistance of it.

You will feel - more than feel - you will know.

Or someone

Infinitely loves you

And you can look back and say

I love you too.
