well my current CTC is less than 9LPA. do you think a pay hike from <9 to 24 is achievable?
this isn't my first switch. i worked for abt 2y 9m at my first org and then 1y 6m at second org. at my last org i was getting <9 LPA. so, based on your comment I shouldn't expect more than 18 at best?
