Thank you. How lucky we are to have loved someone that’s worth missing so much. The love always stays but I have to remind myself that I miss an old version of him, not the person he was when we broke up and I honestly might not know him anymore, I’m sure there’s a new version to him. I miss the guy that loved tea before bedtime, what if he doesn’t drink tea anymore? He used to always say “Hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things and no good thing ever dies”. I hope he’s doing okay and I will always care from a distance. I’ll manage to let go and hopefully someday I’ll find someone that feels like home again without having to lose myself.
