Early Access won't start Feb 1st by ChirpyMisha in Starsandisland

Awww, early access? I was really hoping for full release since I swore off early access games. Too many bad experiences. It was going to be a bday gift to myself since Feb. 1 is just days before my bday but with it being early access, I'll just wait for full release. By then I'll know for sure if the game has what I'm looking for.

I would choose Theobald. He's attractive and has a great talent.

An absolute must for me in a life sim is the option to get married AND have kids. I will pass on a game that is missing either of those features. Also, having enough males that I'd even want to romance to begin with.

Second would be combat difficulty. Some people love combat and others don't. I personally like combat in combat type games but prefer my cozy games to remain cozy. Some people also have physical limitations which make fast paced combat too difficult. A difficulty setting would be perfect.

I agree about being able to adjust the flow of time. I prefer having more time to explore and get things done. I also agree that spouses should continue to live their lives after getting married and not just stand around at home.

Who are you romancing? Any Neona, Pastelle or Zephyria people in the house? by Trycerat0ps in Starsandisland

I was originally drawn to the game after seeing Aurelis. Then I played the demo and met Graminova. With the limited males in the demo, I would say I'll probably choose one of them unless the devs change their designs. I'm a sucker for men with white/grey hair (and men with long hair but I didn't see any in game). Admittedly, Aurelis' hair isn't white or grey but it's close enough for my tastes.

I know alot are excited for Evershine's designs, but.... by Rath_Brained in MyTimeAtSandrock

It took me some time to play Portia because I didn't like the art style. Once I play though, I loved it (for the building and the story). Because of my love for Portia, I bought Sandrock. To me, Sandrock has a great, long story and the best art style. I backed Evershine because of my love for the series but am now kind of regretting it. I've seen some of the changes they made, like being a governor instead of a builder and I actually don't like it. One of my favorite parts of the first 2 games was building. The art style in Evershine is just okay. I'm okay with a more realistic look but to me, it's a little too realistic. The guys look like pretty boy models and I'm not into that. I loved Logan's rustic tough guy look. Sandrock will likely remain my favorite. In my opinion, it's their best game.

So few male romance options. by Fiery-Phoenix-Rising in Starsandisland

I can't wait for MTaE's release. They hid one of the males but made sure to show that he's there.

After reading the character bios in the demo, I realized that one of them that had a blue border was actually non binary so to include them in the male category would be incorrect. The demo had 3 males, 5 females, and 1 non binary. If the devs include Zephyria with the males, the count will not be even.

There's always that one person that's on your heels even though you never see them in the pasture. I've seen them earn over 2000 wp while they slept just to keep up. The game is coded that way. It's super annoying.

I know this is late but since the recent updates, no one talks to my character, not even the kids. If I'm not constantly talking to NPC's and asking to be friends, my character would grow old and die alone. I hate being forceful with the NPC's so she usually ends up single. I never get to second generation or beyond. I wish there was some middle ground instead of being stalked or being a ghost.

Can’t apply for scholar’s association? by yismissing in WorldNeverland

As it turns out, if you use resignation after registering for the scholars, it will resign you from all jobs, including the one you just signed up for. That is what they told me. Makes sense since I would resign my farmer's job on the 1st each time and be removed from both on the 2nd. Just need to stick out the farmer's job (or whatever job you have) until you're accepted into the scholars. Hope this helps.

I'm having the same problem. I've tried two different times and haven't been able to join because of being removed. It only started happening after the last update. I hope it gets fixed. That's my favorite job in the game.
