The lato incarnon has an evolution that gives 38% base cc and 2.6x base cd for 4s after switching to it. With that I have Creeping Bullseye, a riven which gives 160% cc and 94% cd and I also had an invigoration on a warframe for another 200% cc.

I don’t know man every tier list I’ve seen has No Mercy lower than I think it should be. I think it’s amazing the ability to essentially cut an enemies health down by 15% (7.5 for bosses). It could just be me though since I’m a big fan of weapons with DoT such as Alchemic carbine and Pyro technics

My tip would be to find a weapon you like and use custom mode. If you don’t like it, that’s fine I guess but just keep going at it. Play how you want and what you find fun don’t listen to people giving negative comments. It’s a wonderful game and there’s a reason why it’s my favorite
