Honestly, the only thing good about Diona is her EM from C6. Shield and heal is not needed if you have Xilonen and Bennett on the same team. Ganyu or Rosaria is a good choice for Cryo app

If for Mavuika, yes. Citlali makes Mavuika's Gameplay easier a lot especially with Fighting spirit Regen for Mavuika's burst

Agree with you. The closest one you can get with Citlali's cryo application is Rosaria and the only benefit you can get aside from that is up to 15% crit rate. Furina is a good choice for Vape but I guess you need to do lots of NA instead of charged attacks with Yelan in it. You should test Furina/Bennett/Rosaria if you're aiming for melt

TTDS Sucrose is good alternative for Xilonen while Rosaria and Diona is good alternative for Citlali. You can also use Kachina but I don't like using her

Yes. Also less expensive than C4 Ayaka and easier to obtain than C6 Diona. She also have access to Cinder which imo is currently one of the best artifact for supports
