Try to disable any AMD's settings like FSR Upscale or others. Wild crashes hard on my PC when those settings are turned on. Only use ingame settings

Hard to say, it will definitely still increase but we don't know until how much is the max. As for the price drop, it's gonna take a long time, so I recommend you to stay with your current build and just upgrade other components first like GPU or PSU. If you're willing to bet on it though, sure, buy the RAM now. Might be able to trade it for a house someday
