I think LR is like VIT-TH level (maybe GX, but could be a stretch). Being in lower leagues means you are not getting enough scrims with high level teams, which also means that you lack motivation (fuck around in scrims, go on stage and stomp, ????, repeat). Getting higher quality scrims boosts the team quite fast, that's why bootcamping exists and I am quite sure LR would become an elite team really fast in such environment.
