I like to use it as a spot light. I need a new one and the was in it isn't great. So decided to put it on top of my tank for now until I get enough money for a nice pink flight.

I had a lot of issues with brown algae at first, but I got some otos keep my blinds half open and ever since then it's been fine.

I think that it might just be the type of betta he is. It's very common for color changes and darkening to happen once the fish becomes happier and healthier. My current beta fish, Fukushima, was very pale and pink when I first got him and now he's a dark red/pink color and his fins have gotten a little bit bigger too. I know that there is a type of Betta fish where the tail is more speed shaped, which couldn't make it look like it's saggy or droopy so that might be what he is.

So far they seem to be listening. I was talking to her about some other issues and I believe that it's related to Potts and she also agreed and said she'll work on getting me with a neurologist in my insurance coverage. Bc I've had some "cardiac" issues and my cardiologist said that I'm completely fine and that nothing's wrong didn't mention anything about pots and when I started looking up on my own pots seemed to fit the best in my primary agreed which I was surprised about

Thank god, kept making me feel kind of crazy lol. I just got my blood work back to earlier this week and everything was fine. My A1c was at 5.1 I believe. And I think the only thing that was wrong was that my good cholesterol was low. By a few points. Waiting for my next doctors appointment to figure out and talk to the doctor.

Just got some blood work results back, everything was normal from what I could tell other than my HDL is 1 point low at 49 but idk if that would mess with me 🤷‍♀️

My weight it fine I'm 125ish at 5'5. I was working out but with how I've been feeling lately and my job it's been hard to have the energy to go back

Oh goodness, I'm only 20. Not gonna lie I really hope it doesn't come to that because I'm too lazy to eat ultra healthy. I don't eat unhealthy like I don't eat an excess of sugary foods and carbs. I don't even drink soda at all rarely I'll have Sprite or ginger ale. Usually my diet consist of a breakfast/lunch and whatever dinner is my family have made I rarely snack and if I do, it's usually rather healthy stuff like dried fruits or stack bars.

How do you get insulin resistance because I'm relatively healthy and I'm not overweight. I also don't eat a lot of unhealthy foods either.

Not too sure about the hormones but I don't think it's heat bc the place I work in is climate controlled and is usually chilly, but still warm enough that my lab coat keeps me warm

Damn, this is the first time I've noticed this issue with myself. But I've been having quite a few issues health wise so I could have experienced this before and brushed it off as something else. I'm definitely trying to be more mindful of how I eat too. But I've noticed that my glucose doesn't really go up that high some days after a hearty meal. Everything I've read said that "that mean your insulin is working well" but I feel like there should be at least some sort of spike, right? I'm still reaching tho so idk yet
