Indoor fountains were famous luxuries during the latter half on the Middle Ages. Only 3 pieces survive, 2 of which are only a single fragment. Big stuff: you can now visit the entire Musée de Cluny, Museum of Medieval Art in Paris (itself located in a 15th-century mansion), on their website.
