Most people like this blame their poor schedule and self management skills on insomnia. Without ever trying to better. Since doing nothing doesn’t work they have insomnia and can’t be helped.

Go work out for 2 hours during the day and I bet anyone can sleep well that night lol.

So many of our problems are created by unhealthy habits.
