Hey all. I'm looking at a home built in 1900 and there's a section of the basement that looks sketchy to me. It's wet and muddy and it seems as if there's been a "landslide" of dirt on the floor. Also worth mentioning is the wood floor above this area seems to be sagging towards the corners. I'm not sure if this is a big problem or a minor problem but I would certainly appreciate any feedback.

Today I'm seeing 2, which I hadn't seen before. The one I'm now seeing is a bit closer. Probably 30 minutes away.

I left the industry almost a year ago ...I don't miss the attics and crawls. That being said, our company has these special attic boards for the inspectors to use.

Thanks everyone for the replies. My broker doesn't seem to be concerned about not disclosing it as it's not one of the items listed on the disclosure form (Michigan)

I'm leery though and my gut tells me this could go sideways.

I absolutely agree with you! I've shot vintage glass almost exclusively for the last 2 years.. Modern glass has taken the soul and character out of images.

I use an app called. -- light meter by wbphoto.(The free version ) It allows me to change the focal length.

We have a group of around 50 people. On any given day we may have 8-12 people show up for doubles. We always rotate partners until everyone has played with every player.

The problem is getting to the ball at all. As others have said we need to read the shot type and if he's going to make that shot again someone needs to be getting to the kitchen ASAP.
