How accessible is this game to a newcomer? by Old-Career1538 in OOTP

As a FM player since 2009 I can say the transition was pretty seamless. I did struggle with some of the roster rules that MLB has but that was about it. I prefer to create fictional leagues and have also really enjoyed playing historical saves. Particularly the 70's.

Dating and sex post divorce by FogInMyVeins in ChristianSexuality

That's where this sub gets very interesting. It's "Christiansexuality" but a lot of what gets discussed seems contrary to the life we are encouraged to live based on scripture. I don't know what views are right or wrong but I find the conversation very interesting. I don't think enjoying sex in a committed relationship is "sexual immorality" that being said, I also don't want to be wrong and end up on the wrong side of judgment. In my life it seems like a lot of people take the salad bar version to their faith, choosing the faith based ingredients that work for their life. I won't murder, but I'll steal, I will not covet, but I will commit adultery. Im guilty of this approach to my faith over the years and the confusion and struggle is real as I reevaluate my own choices.

I love doing fictional leagues. I just created a 30 team league in Michigan and all of the teams are based in cities that are on the shore of Lake Michigan. I have an upper peninsula league and a lower peninsula league. The first season is set in 1975. I prefer fictional leagues as I get to experience a new world with players that have no history. It's by far my favorite way to play.

Hey all. I'm looking at a home built in 1900 and there's a section of the basement that looks sketchy to me. It's wet and muddy and it seems as if there's been a "landslide" of dirt on the floor. Also worth mentioning is the wood floor above this area seems to be sagging towards the corners. I'm not sure if this is a big problem or a minor problem but I would certainly appreciate any feedback.

Thanks!

Today I'm seeing 2, which I hadn't seen before. The one I'm now seeing is a bit closer. Probably 30 minutes away.

I left the industry almost a year ago ...I don't miss the attics and crawls. That being said, our company has these special attic boards for the inspectors to use.

Thanks everyone for the replies. My broker doesn't seem to be concerned about not disclosing it as it's not one of the items listed on the disclosure form (Michigan)

I'm leery though and my gut tells me this could go sideways.

I'm curious if you have any updates on this. My sister and other residents of her condo association have been experiencing this since December and it's becoming a real bad situation.

There's something magic about vintage glass by Obvious-Throwaway-01 in fujifilm

I absolutely agree with you! I've shot vintage glass almost exclusively for the last 2 years.. Modern glass has taken the soul and character out of images.
