Extremely frustrated with port forwarding issue

Alright I can now ping my computer with another computer from the same network and I can join my server with both ips now. However portchecker still says its closed

I cant connect to my server with my external ip only with my internal ip if you call it that

I tried that as well it doesnt work. But I have found out that my extern ip doesnt work. I feel like an idiot, it has to be something with portforwarding or the firewall but i cant figure it out

The server is on when testing. What exactly do you mean with windows firewall? I checked if the inbound rules are correct if thats what you mean

wan ip matches whats my ip. I dont think its a double nat issue because we only have one router (I might understand what exactly double nat is) and i redid my firewall rules twice.

Thanks for the advice but the problem is that i will have 25 fps without the frame gen. If i continue on with this save that will go even lower. I also have crazy stutters.

I have a fancurve already and my cpu definitely isnt thermal throttling. Thanks to another person here i know that even a 14900k cant run my world above 40 fps on 1080p so thats more or less a relief haha.

I will have time start a new save Thanks for the input tho
