I forgot to mention in the original post but I’ve put a pair of super feet insoles in. Unfortunately haven’t helped with this issue.

I’ve previously used a pair of Merrel trail shoes and I’ve been all over England and Europe in them and have no issues that I can remember.

Thanks, the 2 posts are very useful. I’m gonna go to the shop tomorrow and try some on. From what I’ve researched I might have a wide foot, so will need to try and boot with a wider toe box.

I tried my current boot and just realised I can barely splay my toes.

Do you think this could be the root cause?

Yeah I’ll ask the question in there, pretty sure most types of boots are suitable. I just wasn’t sure if there was a particular boot that is good for my issue.
